Open Question: What do you recomend that i read?

I really need a book. I am 17 (and a girl) and I like fiction, historical fiction and adventure kind of things.

I want something that is the next level up-something that makes me think and that helps me to improve my reading skills but also something that is not crazy difficult to understand!!!!!!

do you have any suggestions????????
