Open Question: Is it true that most people in Flanders could routinely speak 3 or 4 languages absolutly fluently? thank

I am doing a languges-skills survey in my country and i am curious how it is in Flanders (or Belgium as whole?). It is very fascinating that in some country are so much people able to speak sveral languages. Could answer me anyone who is native-born there? How many your friends or relatives controls fluently 3, 4 or more languages? What are your experiences? Bilingual countries are not so rare in EU. But trilingual or multilingual? It is very interesting. I know there are three official languages but I am interesting in if it is common that people there are often trilingual or more (suppose that active English is spread there too). Where it is learned? In family or in school? Or is it just fiction and people in Flanders know only little others languages? Thank you and sorry for my imperfect english Smile) Have a nice day
