Resolved Question: Does Obama plan reperations/compensation/justifications to the black community during presidency?????

Is it fact or fiction that Obama plans to give reperation, compensation, justification, etc. to the black community due to past racism and slavery in the u.s.?

Also, I've heard "obama plans to right everything that the blacks have been wronged by". Your opinions on this statement?

Not being racist here, just something i have heard and not yet researched yet. Thanks for your input.
